Scope
One (1) production domain + up to three (3) non-production environments (dev, staging, sandbox). Any domain running live paid traffic counts as a production domain.
Source Code
Full access to all source code, components, APIs, prompts, and database schemas.
Branding
You may rebrand the product. You may not claim original authorship or resell the source code itself.
Sublicensing
Not permitted. You may not sublicense, resell, or distribute the source code to third parties.
Commercial Use
Permitted. You may charge your own clients for access to your deployed instance.
Term
Perpetual. No expiry. You keep the codebase at the version purchased forever.
Scope
Unlimited production deployments, domains, and instances.
Source Code
Full access to all source code. Intellectual property transfer included.
Branding
Remove all AIS branding, attribution, and references. Launch as your own product entirely.
Sublicensing
Permitted. You may resell, sublicense, and distribute your branded version.
Commercial Use
Unrestricted. SaaS, white-label, agency bundles, enterprise licenses — all permitted.
Term
Perpetual + 6 months of updates + 30 days priority support + 1-hour setup call.
Every purchase is logged with buyer email, GitHub username, purchase ID, IP address, and timestamp. GitHub collaborator invites are tracked per purchase ID. Download links are single-use and expire after 24 hours. Unauthorized access attempts, chargebacks following repo access, and abuse of download links are treated as license violations and reported to GitHub and payment processors.
