AI Intelligent Services (“AIS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Cahoni AI platform accessible at intelligentai.services. We provide AI-powered quote generation, client management, and executive assistant tools for service businesses.

Account information: Name, email address, company name, phone number, and job title when you register.
Google OAuth data: If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google. We do not receive your Google password.
Business data: Quotes, client records, line items, pricing, documents, and notes you create in the platform.
Voice and conversation data: Transcripts and AI conversation history from your Cahoni voice sessions, used to build your quote history and memory context.
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and browser/device information for analytics and platform improvement.
Payment information: Billing is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your business quote data to train AI models.
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted on AWS infrastructure. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Each user account is fully isolated using Row-Level Security (RLS) policies — no user can access another user's data.
AI conversations are processed by third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, Google) under their respective data processing agreements. Only the context necessary to generate your quote is sent to these services.
We share data only with the following categories of service providers as necessary to operate the platform:
We may disclose data when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AIS, our users, or the public.
Information about your clients (names, emails, phone numbers, addresses) that you enter into the platform is processed on your behalf. You are the data controller for your clients' personal data. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required by applicable law before entering client data into the platform.

We use session cookies required for authentication (Supabase JWT session tokens). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics are limited to server-side usage metrics.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer. Quote data may be retained in anonymized form for service improvement purposes.
The AIS platform is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
