By accessing or using the AI Intelligent Services platform (“AIS,” “Cahoni,” or the “Service”) at intelligentai.services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AIS provides an AI-powered quote generation, client management, and executive assistant platform for service businesses. Features include voice-driven quote building, document intelligence, multi-AI processing, client portal, digital signatures, and related tools (collectively, the “Service”).
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@intelligentai.services if you suspect unauthorized access.

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Payment is processed by Stripe. By providing payment information you authorize AIS to charge your payment method for applicable fees.
The Service uses AI to generate quotes, documents, and recommendations. You acknowledge that:
Your content: You retain all ownership rights to the business data, quotes, client information, and documents you create using the Service. You grant AIS a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
Our platform: The AIS platform, Cahoni AI, branding, and all underlying technology are the exclusive property of AI Intelligent Services. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any interruption, modification, or discontinuation of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if AIS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to AIS in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
